Tom Sellers is one of the rising stars of London’s buzzing restaurant scene and within just five months of opening his restaurant Story, at age 26, he received his first Michelin star.

At 16, Tom took his first job in a pub kitchen. He moved to London a year later where he received his initial training under Tom Aikens.

Tom then moved to the USA where he worked for Thomas Keller at Per Se and The French Laundry, before a stint at a three Michelin-starred restaurant in France and Noma in Copenhagen. When he returned to London he worked for Adam Byatt at Trinity before opening Story.

He has been awarded ‘Breakthrough Chef of the Year’ at the Food and Travel Awards and most recently has begun to write his first book.
