Lady Hazelwood

Rachel had been a friend of Lord Hazelwood and his first wife Lydia for many years. When Lydia sadly passed away, Rachel made sure she was there to support Lord Hazelwood; she was determined to marry him and become the next Lady Hazelwood.

After a three year courtship they finally married and she and her son Spencer moved into Hazelwood Manor and quickly made it their home. They have now lived at Hazelwood for 25 years and she has grown accustomed to the grandeur of life in a stately home.

However recently, due to financial issues, she has had no choice but to let most of the downstairs staff go. Now she struggles to maintain an appropriate level of lifestyle for someone of her standing with just five members of staff. But she takes solace in being surrounded by all the wealth of the Hazelwood dynasty, and would never let something as frivolous as money worries show outside of Hazelwood’s walls.
