Steven Moffat

Steven Moffat is a Scottish television writer and producer. He wrote numerous episodes of British science fiction series Doctor Who before taking the position of show runner at the beginning of the Eleventh Doctor (Matt Smith’s) era. Moffat was the show’s most award-winning writer and is known for creating some of the show’s scariest monsters, such as Weeping Angels, Vashta Nerada and The Silence.
