Loving, though preoccupied, husband to Cressida and father of Rosamund, Beatrice and Gussie, Geoffrey is both a mild-mannered patriarch and judicious factory owner.
Heeding the Government’s call for more artillery, his plans to convert Marshalls to munitions is a feat he navigates with trademark tact. Stuck between less forward-thinking industrialists on one side of him and a strongly unionised workforce on the other, the return of his newly-radicalised brother Johnnie is the last thing Geoffrey needs.
Previously by Dominic Mafham in Season 3.
