Aoibhinn Ní Shúilleabháin

Aoibhinn is currently studying for a PhD with Trinity College Dublin, School of Education in Mathematics Education and graduated with a first class honours degree in Theoretical Physics from University College Dublin.

Aoibhinn is passionate about education and has taught Mathematics, Physics, Science and Applied Mathematics in a secondary school in Dublin for four years. She actively promotes the subjects of science and mathematics.

Aoibhinn has recently presented RTE1’s ‘The Science Squad’ showcasing current scientific research in Ireland. Other programme credits include the Fleadh Ceoil, the Reel Deel, The Panel, No Frontiers and Celebrity Bainisteoir. She has also survived the infamous Podge and Rodge Show!

She has also recently presented Aoibhinn & Company on RTE Radio One where each week she was joined in studio by guests for an in-depth hour long interview.

She was crowned International Rose of Tralee 2005.
