Where in Essex should be a Town of Culture?

Three Essex towns are bidding to become UK's first Town of Culture in 2028. Witham, Rochford and Leigh-on-Sea have all thrown their names into the hat.

The winner receives around £3 million pounds and the two runners up will get a quarter of a million, an investment which can be put towards festivals, community events, arts projects and other cultural activities.

So who is best placed to win? We gave each town one minute to state their case...
