The AI robots helping to speed up pharmacies

An Essex pharmacist says using artificial intelligence and robotics is taking the strain off their services, as demand from patients grows. Cross Chemist in Benfleet sees up to 30 people a day and prescribes 11,000 medications a month, but believes investing in new technology is helping free up their time.
