Where would clue 1 take our intrepid team?

Lincolnshire

  • Starting point for the team was Sibsey Trader Windmill, one of the few six-sailed mills remaining in England
  • Robert was there to meet the team and give them a tour....
  • Robert showed Amy the other goodies the mill had to offer....
  • The flour the windmill produces...
  • The also have some nice china.......windmill themed of course!
  • But there was no time for shopping....it was time to solve clue 1
  • Where would clue 1 take our intrepid team?
  • It was to here.....do you recognise it?
  • It was Sluice Bridge....where Witham Bank East was the boarding point for our team...
  • Rodney and Richard were there to meet Amy by the Boston Belle...all aboard!
  • Rodney watched on as Amy had a 'Titanic moment' on the Boston Belle!
  • Time for clue 2....can you work out the answer?
  • It was the Baythorpe Tea Room, Farm Shop & Garden Centre which was opened in 2006
  • Cake anyone? It's always good to put temptation in the way for our team....slows them down...
  • Rob greeted Amy in the tea room...
  • Time was ticking though....and with a bit of help....the team headed off to the next port of call...
  • Where would the treasure be hiding today? The answer was hidden in clue 3....
  • The team, with your help, worked out which direction they needed to go....but a diversion got in the way!
  • The team arrived at St Gilberts and St Hughs Church ....Claire loved this arrangement...
  • Amy loved finding the Pirate Gold even more....especially as she found it with 6 seconds to spare!
