PPS to Communities Secretary: £100m for rough sleeping is "new money"

Speaking on BBC Radio 4’s the Westminster Hour, Chris Philp, PPS to the Communities Secretary James Brokenshire, said that the £100m announced by the government on Sunday to tackle rough sleeping would be “new money”.
