In a big shake-up in Saudi Arabia, King Salman has made his son, Mohammed bin Salman first in line to the throne. There have been concerns that a volatile oil price has put the Kingdom in the biggest crisis of its history. We ask Andrew Bowen, a scholar and specialist on the Middle East at the American Enterprise Institute, if Mohammed bin Salman is the man to solve its problems.
