In a big shake-up in Saudi Arabia, King Salman has made his son, Mohammed bin Salman first in line to the throne. There have been concerns that a volatile oil price has put the Kingdom in the biggest crisis of its history. We ask Andrew Bowen, a scholar and specialist on the Middle East at the American Enterprise Institute, if Mohammed bin Salman is the man to solve its problems. James Fletcher reports from New York on the people who are jailed without being convicted for a crime, because they can't afford to pay bail.
