Modern digital technology means reports and voiceovers can now be recorded pretty much anywhere

This is one of the reasons why a full studio in Great Yarmouth is no longer needed.

  • BBC Radio Norfolk has had a studio at Whitefriars Court on Stonecutters Way since 1984
  • Before Stonecutters Way, Radio Norfolk had an office in the Port and Haven Commissioners offices
  • Several district reporters have worked out of this office over the past 33 years
