'We don't want to be feeding people'
Could there be a time when food banks are no longer necessary? Nathan Jones who runs Oasis Waterloo Foodbank in London says they must offer help while there are still people struggling to feed themselves, but in an ideal world, projects like his wouldn't need to exist.
