Chaddesley Corbett's Jake Hunt is a 20-year-old producer, influenced by Bondax, Skrillex, Karma Kid, Mura Masa and Ben Howard.

He says the main aim of his music is to put people in a good mood!

A lot of his electronica idols have recently turned their DJ sets into full-on musical performances, so he's decided to follow suit with his act Kileco.

But when he's not making music, he's studying it at Leeds University.

Live music

Live music
The Christmas lights have gone up across our towns and cities - and continuing our annual tradition, we play nothing but live music as we head towards the end of the year.

In 2015, as we celebrated 10 years of supporting the very best unsigned, undiscovered & under-the-radar music, we continued to take the show on-the-road to some of the biggest events and most happening places in Herefordshire & Worcestershire.

This week, hear some of the performances we recorded at The Wychwood Festival, The Colwall Family Music Festival, The Artrix in Bromsgrove, The Worcester Music Festival, Lakefest near Evesham and at The Conquest Theatre in Bromyard.

Rockfield Studios

Rockfield Studios

It's the last in our series from the legendary Rockfield Studios in Monmouth.

Although it's famous for working with bands such as Queen, Oasis, Coldplay and the Manics - studio owner Lisa Ward says they've had to diversify to be able to pay the bills.

20 years ago, the average album took 6-8 weeks to record at £1200 a day.

Nowadays - they make a third - and that's through other enterprises such as engineering masterclasses and renting out the holiday cottages that were used by the bands.

Oh - and they've had to sell their £250,000 desks.

But with the boom in home recording - does that mean the calibre of musician making it today is better than ever before?

BBC Introducing in Bromyard

BBC Introducing in Bromyard
The last series of sessions we're broadcasting this year were recorded at the Conquest Theatre in Bromyard.

If you've only ever driven through the town before, it's on Nozstock Street!

The Conquest has been hosting events at its Tenbury Road location for the last 21 years - but they'd been campaigning for a facility like this since the 50s, according to the records book!

Originally, events had been held in an 'old tin hut' which had been built in 1919 by the Royal British Legion.

But eventually they decided an all-singing, all-dancing venue was what the town needed.

BBC Music Awards

BBC Music Awards

It was a case of Herefordshire vs Herefordshire at the BBC Music Awards, this week, as two of our success stories received nominations.

Ellie Goulding, from Lyonshall near Kington, was up for Song of the Year while Years & Years, whose singer studied at Hereford College of Arts, was up for British artist of the year.

Both have also topped the BBC Music Sound Of poll in previous years.

Meanwhile Jack Garratt won the BBC Introducing category, after sending his music into us using the uploader.

BBC Introducing in Redditch

BBC Introducing in Redditch
BBC Introducing in Hereford & Worcester supports unsigned, undiscovered and under-the-radar musicians from Herefordshire and Worcestershire.

Since 2011, we've been taking the show out on-the-road showcasing the very best musicians from our two counties.

On Sunday 13 December, we'll be rolling up to Steps in Redditch to record several acts who we've been playing on BBC Hereford & Worcester recently.

We'll bring the bands - all we need now is the fans!

None of these artists knew they were being considered for a live session - they were chosen based on the tracks they uploaded to us.

So if you'd like to Be Part Of It then simply turn up on the day - it's free to get in - but you must be prepared to make lots of noise for local music!

Doors open at 4pm - but you're more than welcome to turn up any time until 8pm.
