Glue Foot is a three-piece alternative rock band from Hereford, influenced by bands such as Rancid, Oasis and Blink 182.
They've been making music together for a number of years - but the lineup was completed when lead vocalist Matt teamed up with bassist Shyam at university in Cardiff.
This has led to a number of gigs around the Welsh capital - as well as events in Bristol, where Joe is studying drums.

Signed!

One of our favourite local artists, Steve Attridge & The Sleeping Giants, is to release his debut EP after his music was picked by a publishing company.
The Evesham songwriter, who performed on our BBC stage at the Wychwood Festival, is having the tracks Ghost and The Hourglass released by North Star Music.
They're also releasing two remixes of Steve's work ready for the start of the main DJ season across Europe.
In an email to BBC Introducing, Steve writes: "Thank you for your help with Ghost - it gave me the confidence to further invest in the track and try other avenues."

BBC Introducing in Hay-on-Wye

The venue has been at the epicentre of the HowTheLightGetsIn Festival which co-insides with the Hay Festival every year.
The venue celebrates all forms of expression; from poetry readings to fashion shows, children's workshops to video art and from philosophical talks to music and comedy.

European Tour

We catch up with Bromyard and Tenbury Gypsy Jazz guitarist Remi Harris, who's just returned from a European tour.
Remi played at the Djangofestivalen in Norway before arriving in Italy to perform in Florence.
He's recently appeared on BBC Radio 3 and has just started working on a new album.

The Voice

Kidderminster's Clark Carmody is hoping his appearance on BBC One's The Voice will be a platform for further success.
The 26-year-old lost out in the public vote at the quarter finals stage of the TV talent show last Saturday.
The full-time hairdresser wowed the audience with his remix of Ain't No Sunshine and No Digity.
But it was Vikesh from Team will.i.am who got through.

BBC Introducing in Bromsgrove

BBC Introducing in Hereford & Worcester supports unsigned, undiscovered and under-the-radar musicians from Herefordshire and Worcestershire.
Since 2011, we've been taking the show out on-the-road showcasing the very best musicians from our two counties.
On Sunday 29 March, we'll be rolling up to The Artrix in Bromsgrove to record four acts who we've been playing on BBC Hereford & Worcester recently.
We'll bring the bands - all we need now - is the fans!
None of these artists knew they were being considered for a live session - they were chosen based on the tracks they uploaded to us.
So if you'd like to Be Part Of It then simply turn up on the day - it's free to get in - but you must be prepared to make lots of noise for local music!
Doors open at 7pm - but you're more than welcome to turn up anytime until 10pm.
