BBC Introducing in Leominster

This month, we returned to the largest town in Herefordshire to showcase some of the amazing talent we have in our area right now.
The Bell Inn, on Leominster's Etnam Street, is a place that is regularly hosting live music at the weekend - so we thought we'd spice up their bank holiday Sunday afternoon by inviting along some of our favourite musicians!
The venue was packed with people who turned out to catch Abby Inez, Myles Gordon, Lucy May Walker and Sea Of Atoms - and if you missed their set, we'll be bringing you the whole lot throughout May.

Festivals

We continue our series looking at the planning of this year's summer music festivals.
Tonight we're talking Wizzafest, which takes place at Stoke Prior near Bromsgrove.
This is their 10th year staging the event - which began after organiser Emma Wilcock lost her father to cancer and wanted an occasion for people to spend time together if they've been affected by the life-threatening disease.

The BBC Hereford & Worcester stage at the Wychwood Festival

Our next recording session takes place on Friday 30 May at The Wychwood Festival on Cheltenham Racecourse and features NINE acts who we've been playing on BBC Hereford & Worcester recently.
This is your chance to see how we capture live music on tape, while being able to enjoy some of the hottest new acts we've got in our area right now.
None of these artists knew they were being considered for a live session - they were chosen based on the tracks they uploaded to us.
