Dr Chetna Kang and Sophie Sulehria focus on self harm

It's self harm awareness day and The Royal College of Psychiatry say people who self harm are 50 to 100 times more likely to take their own lives, than the rest of the population.

This week we'll talk to people who self-harm and find out what's available to help them. We'll also speak to a parent to find out how they coped with a child who self harmed.
