Muscular Dystrophy

Martin Hywood from Aylesbury has Limb Girdle Muscular Dystrophy. Although he doesn't use a wheelchair, walking just a short distance causes a severe burning sensation in his legs. Despite the pain, he's planning to walk a mile in August to raise money for charity.
