Asking for directions in Lyon

The Ma France film crew are looking for their hotel in Lyon. Nathalie and the film crew arrive at a service station. They are some distance from the hotel and can’t work out a suitable route on the map. Nathalie phones the hotel to ask for directions but they still get lost and have to ask a passerby for more help.
