Colin Window swaps his Thames ferry for the Buriganga River in Dhaka, and life in a slum.

  • Mr Loteef, 70, is a ferryman on the Buriganga River, Dhaka. He is training Colin from Canvey Island the art of rowing his boat.
  • Mr Loteef acted as host and trainer for Colin, a bridge officer on London's Woolwich Ferry, during his ten day stay in Dhaka.
  • Colin Window takes charge of Mr Loteef’s boat for the quarter mile trip across the river.
