Haddock

North Sea haddock has achieved Marine Stewardship Council certification which basically means the stock is being fished in a sustainable manner. The award comes after many years of work by the industry to halt a decline in stocks. Earlier in the programme Dougie visited Peterhead to meet the fishermen who brought about sustainability. And he took some sustainably sourced haddock for Nick to cook a gourmet dish.
