It’s resulted in bailiffs seizing one blameless business owner’s van and another paying thousands of pounds he didn’t really owe. Also on the programme, the company that’s been switching people’s energy to a new supplier without telling them first – leaving them battling to win back control of their accounts. And with a growing number of cars being written off by insurers, could more be done to reduce the environmental impact of vehicles being sent to the scrap heap?
