Mum-of-three Sophie is worried she has made a decision that is putting her marriage at risk. She and Ricki have been happily married for seven years, but recently Sophie came out as bisexual and at her request, the couple brought another woman into their relationship. The only trouble is, Sophie is feeling sidelined. While Ricki is going on dates with the third person, Sophie is left looking after the kids and doing the housework, all while juggling a job. She’s scared she will lose him, but Ricki is totally unaware of how insecure she is feeling.
At the beach, Bear sets the pair a raft-building task and tasks them with retrieving an essential item for their night’s camp. They then take on an abseil and climbing challenge, pushing their communication and courage to the limits.
In a campfire chat, Sophie finds a way to explain her fears to Ricki, with the help of relationship therapist Simone. Will three people prove too many for this marriage to cope with? Or can they find a way of making it work, which makes them all happy?
