A delicious festive menu from Yotam Ottolenghi, Angela Hartnett, Raymond Blanc and Georgina Hayden! Also, Dame Mary Berry, Rob Rinder and Monica Galetti head out across the UK and abroad.
Yotam Ottolenghi proves that vegetables deserve to be the star of the Christmas table with carrots, sprouts and mushrooms all getting a Middle Eastern glow-up.
Angela Hartnett makes a whole-roasted sea bass with olives, lemon and capers, served with crispy fennel-roasted potatoes and an anchovy-dressed bitter leaf salad. Then, Kim Innes from viral sensation Humble Crumble delivers her plum and cranberry crumble, topped with gingerbread whipped cream.
Raymond Blanc digs up half his kitchen garden and brings a bounty of produce to the studio for a delicious steak recipe inspired by his mother, before Georgina Hayden shares her favourite Greek recipe for the festivities with her stuffed vegetable gemista. And Alison Steadman will either tuck into her food heaven, a comforting fish pie, or her food hell, a hearty mushroom and squash lasagne.
Meanwhile, Dame Mary Berry heads to the Scottish highlands for a chocolate treat, while Rob Rinder and Monica Galetti visit the Italian Alps for a snowy kitchen service.
