Sabrina Ghayour adds some Persian flair to a Sunday roast with her spiced spatchcock chicken with a quince glaze and bejewelled rice. Olia Hercules rustles up the perfect brunch hash using leftover meat and veggies with a fresh hit of pickled cabbage.

Helen McGinn has a selection of homemade spirits, such as Turkish delight vodka and Christmas pudding rum, while Theo Randall prepares a dish of fried scallops with braised cime di rape and creamy polenta.

Seema Pankhania makes her signature butter chicken, and Ronan Keating faces either his food heaven, Mexican beef tostadas, or his food hell, oyster and mushroom pie.
