Main content

A feast of food from Alexina Anatole, Gennaro Contaldo, Mary McCartney and Donna Hay. Meanwhile, Rick Stein and Clive Myrie head out across the UK and abroad.

Alexina Anatole has an elevated and lighter version of Sunday roast with roasted chicken on a bed of beer-braised onions served with a fresh kale, ricotta and grapefruit salad. Mary McCartney serves up smoky dogs with caramelised balsamic onions, ketchup and mustard, which are given Hollywood approval by Woody Harrelson.

Owen Morgan has three sensational styles of sherry and the best food to pair them with, while Gennaro Contaldo delivers hand-rolled pasta with wild mushrooms before heading to the forest to forage for more mushrooms with Joe Hurd. Donna Hay has a foolproof chocolate cake recipe, and Shirley Ballas faces either her food heaven, lobster, or her food hell, pigeon.

Meanwhile, Rick Stein goes salmon fishing with his very bored son Charlie, and Clive Myrie uncovers the best jerk recipe in Jamaica.
