Leopard Mutima’s relationship with her mother is at breaking point, and as the balance of power in Nsefu tips towards the lions, the hyenas and wild dogs fight to raise their young.
As the wet season transforms Nsefu into a lush green paradise, Storm’s wild dog pups must learn to navigate their new, flooded world. Leopard mother Olimba clashes with her daughter Mutima, forcing her to grow up fast. The lion pride’s dominance intensifies, with devastating consequences for the hyena clan and their newborns.
When Storm gives birth to a second litter, disaster strikes at the den, and with the lions closing in, the dogs’ place in the kingdom hangs in the balance. But even lions must remain vigilant in this crowded land.
