Scammers claiming to be phone company BT have a couple in Yorkshire on the hook for thousands of pounds.
The team encounter a group of scammers claiming to be phone giants BT. Using the cover of uploading new security software to customers' systems, they try to gain access to their victims' computers and then their bank accounts. And they have got one couple in Yorkshire on the hook. The team have their work cut out to locate the couple and convince them who to believe.
