Race to Rescue a Family

A ten-year-old boy is swept out to sea on a paddleboard in North Berwick. His parents have rushed out to try and save him, but all three of them are now struggling in the water.

In Walmer, a yacht has run aground on the notorious Goodwin Sands. It’s a race against time to get the three casualties onto the safety of the lifeboat. On the Sussex coast, an urgent call has come in for two men trapped by the incoming tide beneath cliffs four miles east of Newhaven.

And on the banks of the River Thames in London, the Teddington crew get more than they bargained for when they come to the aid of an injured cyclist - who just happens to be a former Blue Peter presenter.
