Georgina Hayden kicks off the feast with a Cypriot-inspired sumptuous seafood pilafi drizzled with warming chilli pine nut butter. Karan Gokani whips up a Sri Lankan staple of hoppers with black pork curry.
Jane Baxter fires up the barbecue on the outdoor roof terrace for a Mexican fish dish, and beer brewer Jaega Wise has a run-down of four sensational styles of beers from across the globe.
Theo Randall makes a simple but delicious pesto tagliatelle using homemade pasta and a quick, fresh basil pesto, and James Acaster faces his food heaven or his food hell.
Meanwhile, Rick Stein gets all theatrical for a seaside supper, and the Hairy Bikers head to Bristol for a taste of east African cuisine.
