Imad Alarnab brings a taste of Syria to the studio with his Middle Eastern feast – mujadara, pickled cucumbers, laban bikhiar and baba ganoush. Shivi Ramoutar has the perfect recipe for a fried fish taco, finished with a punchy green mango chow and tamarind pepper sauce.
Patrick Williams serves the flavours of South Africa with his peri-peri poussin with confit potatoes, while Jacob Kenedy prepares two simple but tasty granitas.
Pastry perfectionist Ravneet Gill rustles up a delightful summertime strawberry and custard tart, and Laura Smyth faces either her food heaven or her food hell.
