Matt Tebbutt hosts a special edition of the show in celebration of Wesak Day, also known as Buddha Day, which is for many Buddhists one of the most important festivals of the year. It usually falls on the first full moon in May and celebrates the birth, death and enlightenment of Buddha.

The chefs cooking up some mouthwatering dishes, filled with Buddhist symbolism, are two-Michelin-star chef Andrew Wong, food writer, cook and fermenting expert Kenji Morimoto and Thai chef Worawan Kamann, who is the force behind one of Borough Market's most-loved street food stalls.
