Saturday Kitchen’s Matt Tebbutt hosts a special edition of the BBC’s live cookery show in celebration of the Jewish festival of Passover.
He’s joined by two special guests: award-winning choreographer and theatre director Dame Arlene Phillips and Phil Rosenthal, the TV writer, producer and host of the smash-hit series Somebody Feed Phil. They all share their Passover memories and traditions whilst enjoying some delicious dishes perfect for the festival from owner and founder of Claro London, chef Ran Shmueli, Ottolenghi’s executive sous-chef, Jake Norman, and baker and food judge Suzy Pelta.
Expert wine educator and TV presenter Amelia Singer provides perfect drink pairings, and there are great moments from the BBC food archive.
