Dougie heads to the Inner Hebrides for a special episode about island living - past, present and future. He catches up with former Scotland rugby captain Rob Wainwright as he marks 25 years farming on the Isle of Coll. Dougie then sails on to Tiree to find out how climate change is shaping the community’s future.
Meanwhile Cammy visits Swona in the Pentland Firth, an island inhabited for thousands of years until the last people left 50 years ago. And Anne is in Shetland, where she joins a team of archaeologists uncovering a truly unique site and hoping to discover the secrets of a lost community.
