How Emily explores life for Emily Nicole Roberts, a 25-year old wheelchair user with cerebral palsy who has an uplifting, humorous, and often irreverent, look on life. In this programme we join her as she navigates days out, hearing of the challenges she can face even in the simplest of settings, but also enjoying the ride with her as she gets to try out new things, from a day out in Big Pit National Coal Museum, to riding the waves in Gower with Surfability.

Emily has a really fresh look on life and loves to push herself (as she says - literally!) and people's expectations, and will be out to make the listener smile whilst also highlighting some key issues on disability and equality in Wales today.
