Scotland Mains and Dessert
The remaining chefs compete over dishes inspired by British broadcasting, including celebrations of Game of Thrones and iconic Scottish comedies.
The three chefs are halfway through their heat, and the pressure is mounting. Once again, they each serve their unique interpretations of the brief celebrating 100 years of British broadcasting.
For mains, one chef is taking inspiration from Game of Thrones in a medieval-style feast, another is paying homage to Scottish tennis player Andy Murray winning Wimbledon, and lastly, there’s a dish celebrating the first radio broadcast from a coal mine in Lanarkshire.
Only two will proceed to cook for the judges and have a chance to represent Scotland at the regional finals.
