The No Accommodation Network (NACCOM)
When people seek protection as refugees in the UK it can take months or even years to resolve their claim, and during this time most are not allowed to work, so they can’t provide for themselves. Members of The No Accommodation Network (NACCOM) provide safe, temporary accommodation through volunteer hosts, as well as housing and night shelters, and vital services including legal advice, mental health support and food parcels to around 3,000 people each year who are experiencing need whilst they are in the asylum system.
Providing a safe, temporary home

In our appeal you’ll hear from Yasmin, who was hosted by Brian, Anne, and their daughters, through a NACCOM member. Having a safe and stable place to live enabled Yasmin, who was five months pregnant at the time, to recover from her trauma and access support to progress her asylum claim and move forward with her life. Resourcing our members

NACCOM provides expert training, support and guidance to our UK-wide membership network of 140 organisations and individuals, who together offer over 400,000 nights of temporary accommodation each year, and essential free services to people like Yasmin who have nowhere else to turn.
Working together

We work with our members, partners and people who are destitute, providing opportunities to share their experience, good practice, and solutions to bring an end to poverty and homelessness in the asylum system, so that everyone has the opportunity to live a safe, dignified and fulfilling life.
