It’s lunch hour at Hardacre’s, and Joe is taking five minutes out of his day to practice mindfulness. Or he would be, if he didn’t keep getting interrupted.

Amanda wants the conference room, Teddy wants to eat Joe’s lunch, and Hardacre just wants to know what on earth he’s doing.

As he attempts to negotiate himself five minutes of peace, Joe finds himself dragged into a discussion of different methods of self-improvement, self-help, and self-realisation.
