Copywriter Joe Starling takes the news especially hard, spiralling into depression.

Amanda and Hardacre compete to pull Joe out of his funk, and prove to the other that they are the more gifted mentor.

Meanwhile Teddy has worries of his own, as he attempts to care for a new pet.
