It’s lunch hour at Hardacre’s, and Joe (Mathew Baynton) is taking five minutes out of his day to practice mindfulness. Or he would be, if he didn’t keep getting interrupted. Amanda (Josie Lawrence) wants the conference room, Teddy (Rasmus Hardiker) wants to eat Joe’s lunch, and Hardacre (Nigel Havers) just wants to know what on earth he’s doing. As he attempts to negotiate himself five minutes of peace, Joe finds himself dragged into a discussion of different methods of self-improvement, self-help, and self-realisation.
