Sport Relief
Sport Relief brings the nation together to get active and raise life changing amounts of money through the power of sport. We fight inequality wherever we find it by empowering local change makers on the ground. The money raised by the public is used to support people living incredibly tough lives, in the UK and around the world.
Iwan Thomas at the Change Foundation

Iwan Thomas, former European, Commonwealth Games and World 400m Champion, visited The Change Foundation, a project supported by donations to Sport Relief. It runs an employability programme for young people with learning disabilities who are at risk of becoming isolated at home.
Louise's Story

Iwan joined Louise and other beneficiaries for an evening of sport and activities. Louise came to the project suffering from great anxiety, but now she no longer needs assistance travelling, and she has graduated from college.
Team Sports

Setting up for their first activity, Iwan Thomas joined the green team. The team sports they play help create bonds between the young people and give them the chance to showcase their personalities, which are too often hidden away.
