It is the dessert course and the final chance for the chefs to impress. After such a tightly fought battle all week, each chef is hoping to deliver a technically perfect dessert. Tommy and James both use passionfruit in their complex dishes, while Shauna hopes to use her pastry chef training to score full marks. James also travels to Belfast to find out about the work of the ambulance emergency call centre. Which two will make it through to the regional final?
