Ross is hoping to impress with Oh Deer It's Time For Your Penicillin, his tribute to Scottish scientist Alexander Fleming featuring an unusual yeast element, as well as venison. Across the kitchen, Lorna, a former Game Chef of the Year, is also cooking venison in a bid to impress. Ben is pulling out all the stops with his main dish The Disruption of Ward Two which features duck and is inspired by a historical menu he found in the archives of a local hospital.
