Helen's plans for the teaching centre are underway. She's going to start looking for architects soon, someone with experience of building carbon-neutral, eco-friendly structures. It could cost thousands but she's sure it's a good investment.
Susan's at her kefir pitch again, this time she tries to convince Helen of the merits of a promotional display with headline facts about how many microbes there are in the human gut, and why they're important, she could get some diagrams made up too. Helen's not so sure that kefir warrants such a big investment; it may be a niche market, but not as niche as the teaching centre Susan helpfully points out.

Lexi reassures Roy that just because she is Adam and Ian's surrogate doesn't mean that she'll be announcing it to the whole village, it's up to them to tell who they like, besides it's nothing to be ashamed of and if people don't like it then they're not very nice people.

Lynda teaches Susan to milk the goats but after the umpteenth time Lynda tells her to milk 'progressively' Susan loses her rag. Lynda tells Susan that she never could take direction - making a jab about her panto performance. Susan's quick to respond, Lynda might have got a good write up for the panto but once Susan's kefir takes off, she expects people will want to write articles about her. That gives Lynda an idea, has Susan thought about making kefir from goats milk?

Susan tells Helen the idea and she loves it. Goats milk kefir is a goer!

Jennifer sends Lexi a food hamper. She's taken aback, Lexi is perfectly capable of cooking for herself even if Jennifer thinks she is being helpful trying to keep Lexi and the future baby well fed.
