Fallon's options are limited, and Justin has had enough.
Over breakfast at the Dower House Justin raises a glass to the failure of Matt's Investors' Day. Lillian admits she didn't want to see Matt succeed, but perhaps Justin's being a bit mean?
To Fallon's surprise, Christine knows she and Harrison are house hunting. As a result she's getting Woodbine Cottage valued as she can't face finding new tenants. Later, Christine tells Susan the cottage is worth twice what she thought only for Susan to bring up its flood damage. Christine offers Fallon and Harrison first refusal, but realistically it's outside their budget.
Susan sympathises with Fallon over her search for a new home. Everywhere she can afford is either completely soulless or very run-down. Fallon doesn't think she can wait for the Bridge Farm development to be built.
Matt has to explain the poor turn out at the Investors' Day to Hugo. He tells Christine how impressed Hugo was with her. Later, Matt accuses Justin of orchestrating the failure. Every no-show seems to have some sort of business connection with him. Justin is unapologetic. Matt's interference is becoming irritating. Justin gives Matt a serious warning. Stay out of his domestic and private affairs, and then, perhaps, he'll stay out of Matt's.
