Kenton gets the wrong end of the stick, and Rex will not take no for an answer.

With Clarrie and Emma working late, Joe's volunteered to cook a fry-up, so Eddie stops in The Bull for a snack. He mentions he spotted Lilian and Matt having a right old natter yesterday. He's sure there's something going on. Meanwhile, Jolene and Kenton are keen to have the latest batch of gin from Toby. Rex promises to speak to Toby.

Pip's worried about the chaos she's caused moving back into the Brookfield farmhouse. Josh is complaining about having no space to run his business. But David's happy to have a full house, and renting out Rickyard will really help.

After being stood up on a taxi booking, Rex gives up on his shift and returns to the Bungalow to find a despondent Toby. He messed up the last batch of gin. Rex drags him out to start again, but quickly becomes frustrated. Why does he always have to fix Toby's disasters? Toby knows he doesn't deserve it - Rex is a good brother.

Kenton can't avoid David any longer. He tries to spin his investment in Toby's gin - when he still owes David thousands - as a positive for Pip and Brookfield. Livid David points out Pip and Toby have split; nobody at Brookfield cares about the success of Scruff Gin.
