Kirsty makes a promise, and Justin fights his corner.
Kirsty arrives at Grange Farm to look at the SSSI. Eddie and Joe lead her to a meadow which they claim is the right one, but Kirsty has done her research. She identifies the real site, and Joe and Eddie have to tell her that the pigs have been feeding there. They assure Kirsty that it was an accident, and beg her not to report them to Natural England.
Kirsty is appalled by the destruction. She joined Borsetshire Wildlife Trust to protect sites such as this. She thinks Oliver should decide whether or not to tell Natural England. She won't say anything to him yet, but will closely monitor the site. Joe and Eddie will have to take better care of it.
Miranda meets Justin at his office to discuss the divorce. Justin hopes they can agree a division of assets between them and avoid high legal fees. Miranda is adamant she won't back down from claiming half of Damara, but Justin persuades her to consider sole ownership of a subsidiary in Scotland. Miranda demands Justin's Arab horses, to spite Lilian. Justin almost throws out their whole agreement, but compromises by offering his share in their racehorse. Justin reaffirms his love for Lilian, and Miranda wonders how long it will take for the spell to wear off.
