On the intensive care ward, Stuart's family say their goodbyes following their brave decision to donate his organs to help others. Anwar is still waiting for his life-changing kidney transplant - until the call comes, he'll continue with his dialysis treatment. Ten-year-old Jade also has kidney failure but there's good news as grandad Dave is revealed to be a potential live donor. Anna-Louise is coming to terms with having donated her son's organs, and is channelling her grief into something positive.
