This three-part series documents a year since the legislation change, with unprecedented access to donor families, and the patients waiting for life-saving transplants at the University Hospital of Wales. Bill has been admitted to intensive care following a devastating stroke. His daughter Karen is asked to share his end-of-life wishes with the medical team.
