With just over a month to go to the Cardiff Half Marathon, Alfie drags his 18 Angels to a remote Welsh hillside for a boot camp with a difference. Faced with tents, torments and a muddy challenge - as well as the worst storms of the summer - it's a lost weekend that will either make or break his reluctant runners. Having scraped what remains of the Angels off the hill, they then take part in a 10k race around Cardiff Castle. But will any stay in Alfie's Programme by the end?
